Temple Road
Ragged pine trees and scrub brush covered the hillside behind this home. Without some sort of change, half this family’s property would remain unused. We terraced the slope to allow a mezzanine level and located the new patio, outdoor fireplace, and kitchen at the bottom of the slope by the house. The pool fit well into the landscape for entertaining among gardens of native flowering shrubs and specimen trees. The pool house allows even more options for varied activities. In collaboration Chip Webster Architecture, Belmont Landscape and Tree, Bronson Drilling, Easton Pool Concept through construction - total landscape project costs: ~ $538k in 2012
